Springtime at the park

I had the best time at the park with these three kids... we hung out, told jokes, and played. I sent mom away for a few minutes and we all just relaxed and I got a chance to know each one of them individually.

I learned about this guy's obsession with BMX biking...
Her love of all things Hannah Montana...

And her desire to marry a boy named Casey when she grows up :)
And of course... there was a little silliness,
a lot of smiles,
and a jumping contest!
Hope you like the photos, Erin! :)

Time is running out for 08 Seniors!

Graduation day is approaching fast! If you haven't ordered your grad announcements or grad party invitations, now is the time! Stand out above the crowd with completely unforgettable announcements, invitations, and thank you cards! You are completely unique - so why in the world would you have the same old boring cards everyone else has? Your family and friends will be amazed at the completely custom designs and awesome photography. If you had a session in 2008 and would like to use images from your session, let Jessie know!

If you would like to book a session to get some awesome updated photos for your cards, give Jessie a call at 702.219.8166. Mini sessions for all 2008 seniors will be available for the month of April on a first come, first served basis. Be sure to tell your friends!
And don't forget - Jessie is still looking for seniors from the Class of 2009 to serve as models. If you are interested in becoming a model for Speckled Bird Art, contact Jessie. We would like to schedule your first mini session for May 2008 - so don't wait! Now is your chance!

Squishable!

Wendi's little Baby C is just completely cute and squishable! And after having a herd of boys, the pink is definitely a welcome sight in her house. I loved doing this little session while they were in town!

Wendi, your entire gallery is up and ready for viewing! I just know you will love the photos as much as I do!

baby blues

This little sweetheart had the most incredible blue eyes! I photographed him as a newborn in January, and I can't believe how much he's grown in just a couple of months. He has so much personality and character!

Hee hee! And of course, I love the drool... :)

Holli, your whole gallery will be up this weekend! I will email you when it's ready. Until then, enjoy this little preview!

Why hire a professional photographer?

I just came across this blog article on RealSimple's website... and I thought I would share, because I totally agree.

My job as your professional photographer is to capture your life and your children through my trained eyes. I have had years of art and photography experience, and I use that to create a portrait of you that encapsulates the essence of your personality and relationships. I will create an image of you that tells your story and becomes the most precious work of art you can hang on your wall, so that each time you glance up at that image your heart swells with emotion - laughter, love, hope, pride, joy, tenderness, or whatever feeling the image conveys to you.

If you want an image of your family that will tell your story, give me a call at 702.219.8166 or email me. I would love to be your professional photographer.
