Senior Season

It was a beautiful but chilly morning... but Lilina and I still had a wonderful time taking her senior photos. She was so natural and relaxed in front of the camera, it made my job a breeze!

Members of the Class of 2008 - it's not too late for a last-minute senior photo shoot! It's springtime... that means you are gearing up for graduation! If you are looking for something different than the boring grad announcements you get from your school, let us do them for you! Or how about your grad party? An asolutely lovely family on a beautiful (and chilly!) day...




I just love this last one... you can just see that she's a spitting image of her mama. I just loved the way the family connected with each other... they have such a wonderful relationship!

I was hoping to debut the new site here this month, but it looks like it might be February! Still working on a few little things here and there... but I am really excited about how it's all coming together. I love this shot on the bed with their wedding photo in the background. I can't wait to do another shot like this but with their little boy right between them. :)

Cutie Baby

Deanna called me to take photos of her little guy, as he was already approaching a month old and we didn't want to miss out on those important newborn photos! I am so glad she did. I always set aside days just for newborn appointments, since ideally they should take place within the first couple weeks of baby's life. So even if my schedule may appear full, newborns are the one exception. :)

I just loved the way the family interacted... and look at how precious that sweet baby's little face is!!
He had so much fun "talking" to his mommy :)
And of course, the big brothers got to be a part of the action, too :)

I had the pleasure of meeting this little guy last weekend...

And one brother who really needed a nap!
So we gave him one while I did the rest of the family photos... and he was a much happier little dude after that :)

It's a boy!

I was thrilled to get a phone call from this lovely family that I photographed last week... baby #3 made his entrance a little earlier than expected, and I will get to take his newborn photos this weekend! What a perfect way to end my 2007 sessions!

Congratulations to the whole, happy family! I can't wait to meet the littlest member!

More silly girls

These sisters were so funny. We had all sorts of smiles and giggles...
And I love the way they coordinated their cute, sassy outfits! Same design, different colors. SO CUTE!
And it was the little one's birthday that day! I love that we got to celebrate it with a fun photo session with the family.

This brother and sister pair were so fun to photograph. He was quite a ham, and she had an infectious smile. I had a great time at the session!

Another birthday kid

This little guy turned one the day before our session. He was so cute! We spent the morning at Tule Springs park chasing geese and exploring nature. I just loved his little smile...

Natural beauty

I had such fun at this session! Rachel was completely a natural beauty, both inside and out. And I think she has the best hair in the world!

Family playtime

Suzi hired me because of my philosophy. She wanted me to capture her family being exactly who they are - playful, tactile, and in love. We had such a great time, and her kids were absolutely adorable!
